Sushi Passion began in 2012 as a small stall with just five seats in Birmingham’s Indoor Market. A year later, we moved into the Great Western Arcade, where our commitment to fresh ingredients and authentic Japanese techniques quickly earned us a reputation as the best sushi spot in the Birmingham.

 

In 2022, we expanded into a larger unit within the same arcade, allowing us to welcome more guests and grow our offering. This year, we were proud to be named Best East Asian Restaurant in the Midlands.

 

Our chefs are trained in Japan, and we use only the finest ingredients to create sushi that’s true to tradition – and full of passion. We also offer a wide selection of Japanese drinks, including sake, Japanese whisky, and premium soft drinks, to complete the experience.
